A Word for the Wise T.I. - Shielding on the Move

Art: "Shielded" by Diane Huff

*
The Problem: targeting the body so that Targeted Individual seeks medical care.
*
Directed Energy Attacks on Chest: Individuals targeted by Directed Energy Weapons report that the chest - heart, vena cavas (the main veins delivering blood to the heart) and lungs - is a favorite target. The physical effect of such targeting is severe exhaustion, chest pains, difficulty expanding one’s chest to breathe.
*
Directed Energy Attacks on Lower Back: The lower back (kidneys and L-4 and L-5 lumbar spinal discs) is equally popular among perps directing energy weapons against targeted individuals. The goal: kidney damage and chronic back pain. Keeping a soft blue gel packs secured across the lower spine - especially over the L-4 and L-5 discs. The problem has always been how to keep those gel packs in place when a person is upright (standing, walking, sitting).
*
DEW Attack on Lower Abdomen: Another favorite target is the abdomen. The goal: hernias and/or digestive upset. The only effective shielding is keeping a gel pack secured directly over the belly button, but the same logistical problems are faced by Targeted Individuals who want to shield their backs.
*
DEW ATTACK on Thyroid: Caused hyperthyroidism in at least one T.I.
*
The Goal: 1) causing pain and suffering. 2) discrediting TIs and and forcing TIs into the psychiatric system.
*
When TIs rush to hospital emergency rooms with claims of being attacked by DEWs, they stand a excellent chance of being forcibly committed for psychiatric observation, forced to take drugs at levels well above said drug’s safety limits, and of course being discredited in the eyes of the medical establishment, the police, and the community. No one believes those labeled paranoid schizophrenic.
*
Even if TIs only state, let us say, the concern that they might have had heart attacks or heart episodes, they will be labeled hypochondriacs after blood and/or stress tests reveal no heart disease. The perpetrator’s goal is served well in this case: complaints of hypochondriacs are ignored by the medical community, family and friends. No one believes to or has sympathy for those labeled hypochondriac.
*
The Solution: the most widely used and most effective solution is to place water packs or blue gel packs over the targeted areas.
*
How to Secure Shielding Over Targeted Area
*
Women can hold gel packs in place by wearing high-top girdles. High-top girdles extend upward, covering the abs. Their top edge goes up to the bottom of one's chest. Some shapewear for women: Sears This vendor has women’s sizes up to 4X-Large. To find other vendors, Google “women’s shapewear".
*
Men have options as well. The most common medical reason for men to wear "compression garments" is to reduce the strain that a large gut puts on the back. Another medical reason is belly-button hernia. Some compression garments for men: Veronique. This vendor has men's sizes up to 4X-Large. To find other vendors, Google “men’s compression garments”
*
Water Shielding: For those who prefer water packs to gel packs, water packs in an Ice Vest may be your best bet. Just do not freeze your water packs, (unless the vest makes you too warm).
*
Cold Vests for Men and Women: Cold Vests utilize water-filled Inserts. These are suitable for both men and women. Do not freeze, it will cause hypothermia! Here is one vendor. To find other vendors, Google “cold vests".
*
Blue Gel Packs: Google "hot cold gel paks" and make sure to only purchase gel paks filled with blue gel. One vendor. Do not freeze, it will cause hypothermia!

A Word to the Wise T.I. - The Case Against Violence

Cartoon: "Person vs. Tank" by Simon Kneebone

The Unwilling Pawn: every day a young woman with child in hand walks a route past your home, job, or favorite lunch place while on her way to the local day-care center. Or, she may be alone: young and single, going to work or school. Now imagine she is told by a "perp" (the perpetrator manipulating your harassment, posing as a neighborhood watch or police official) to be wary of a criminal who "just happens" to fit YOUR exact description. Further, she is informed that the person is a pedophile or rapist, for whom there isn’t enough evidence to bring to trial. Alternatively, she may be told that the person fitting your description is violently, mentally ill. Such an innocent bystander may watch you very keenly whenever she walks by. She may be quite anxious, afraid that you may accost her and/or her son/daughter. She would certainly NOT want to talk to the person who might rape her or her child, or possibly have a psychotic episode involving her in any way. Such fear might cause this woman to overreact and call for help if you decide to her. But from your standpoint, her behavior might cause you to think, "This woman is a perp: deliberately walking past me and staring every day," when in fact she may only be is an innocent bystander being used by the real perps.

The Willing Pawn: conversely, this woman might be a willing perp. (of your harassment) out to incite you to violence and/or embroil you in a criminal complaint. Maybe she was told that you need your come uppance because you made/someone's life miserable. Maybe she was told you were ungodly, immoral, of the wrong sexual orientation, the wrong political position, or that you were a criminal. Maybe she was seduced into the organized stalkers lifestyle of taunting, teasing, bulling and causing social and financial run just for the fun ot it; because she is assured that she won't be caught or prosecuted. This woman may indeed be intentionally walking past you and staring or acting odd.

The Dilemma: So how can you be sure which scenario fits this woman? Is she innocent bystander or perp?

What the Perps Want: Keep in mind that those responsible for harassing TIs (Targeted Individuals) want TIs to act out. They want TIs to rant and accuse, to be unreasonable and/or violent. They really don't care whether an innocent bystander or a low-level (expendable perp) is accosted and harmed by you.

Figuring The Odds: The experience of numerous TIs is that whether the woman is a perp or an innocent bystander, if you react then YOU will be jailed. YOU will get beaten or tasered by the police. YOU will be involuntarily hospitalized, labeled paranoid schizophrenic and forced to take medication at doses far beyond that drug's safety limits.

Your Options: Luckily you do have other options. You can choose join and read messages on a number of forums designed for Targeted Individuals and learn what works best. You can benefit from others' experiences and learn how to recognize and handle perp set-ups in ways that don't adversely affect your health or legal status. You can become an activist.

A Word to the Wise T.I. - Meditation

Image: Chanting Meditation

Meditation can be a great boon for TIs. It can block unwanted V2K, and reduce anxiety.*Yet the first thing you notice is that your mind seems to wander whenever you try to meditate. Again and again you find distracting thoughts, songs or music intruding on your consciousness. These may be your own thoughts or V2K. You are not alone. Everyone, TIs and non-TIs alike, experience distracting thoughts when they practice of meditation.*If you cannot block V2K, then block it instead. This is easily done by sitting close to two radios, each with an entirely different kind of music playing: classical music on one station, jass on the other. The conflicting sounds will drown out the V2K. Keep the volume low so neighbors don't complain. Don't use music with song lyrics; you do not want to pay attention to words (V2K or songs).
*
1. It takes work. The goal of meditation is "single-pointed" focus (that eliminates thoughts). This is not immediately achievable.
*
2. It takes concentration and effort. Zen masters know this and advise that as soon as you realize that your focus is wandering, you simply return to the focus of your meditation. Feeling frustrated or concerned that your thoughts are wandering is in itself a distraction to be ignored and discarded, along with the original thoughts that distracted you from your meditation in the first place.
*
3. It takes time. Meditating consistently on a daily basis will improve your technique over time. As long as you meditate daily, you will find it gets easier and easier. Your moments of single-pointed focus will last longer and longer. It may at first take days or weeks, or even months before you sense a significant breakthrough. It all depends on the practitioner. Conversely, you may hit road blocks, more on that later. No matter what, persevere.
*
4. It takes technique. Find a meditation with which you are comfortable. There are many practices. Not every form of meditation may work well for every person. Some people best attain single-pointed focus by chanting, others by use of visualization. Some effectively employ it through meditation-in-motion (yoga, tai-chi, karate, structured dance, whirling, doing art, making music, etc.). If applicable to your beliefs, repetitive prayer can be a powerful form of meditation.
*
5. It takes variety. After you have been meditating for several weeks or months you may find yourself completely unable to ignore distractions. Everyone hits road blocks or plateaus in meditation. There will be days when it seems like you are losing ground. Varying your meditation technique will help move you past these obstacles. At Zen monasteries more than one type of meditation is used. Besides various chanting and repetitive prayer meditations there is walking meditation, haiku meditation (trying to solve an unsolvable puzzle), there is even shouting meditation. If you visit a Zen monastery and join in with the everyday work, you learn that doing ANYTHING - from hand scrubbing floors to preparing food – is an opportunity to meditate. Work meditation is achieved by doing your work "mindfully", with complete attention, applying single-pointed focus to the work at hand, paying full attention to every minute detail of the task at hand. Art can be a vehicle for meditation. Zen practitioners utilize calligraphy, flower arrangement, sumi-e painting. But any art form, executed with single-minded focus can work.
*
6. It takes breath. Remember to breathe deeply and calmly. Silently inhale through your nostrils, using your diaphragm so that your lungs fully inflate. Silently exhale through your nose or slightly-opened mouth. Keep your shoulders level and relaxed; they will not rise and fall with your inhalations and exhalations if you use your diaphragm.
